For electrical contractors, M&E consultants & fit-out firms
Lighting schedules and quotations contractors can build from
Whether you are pricing a tender, value-engineering a named specification or procuring a live package, you need the same three things from a lighting supplier: a fast, accurate price; technical answers that hold up on site; and honesty about delivery. That is what NEKO Lighting London is built to provide — for electrical contractors, M&E consultants, main and D&B contractors and fit-out firms across London.
How we work with contractors
Priced fast, specified exactly, delivered as promised
Every quotation is prepared by the team that will actually supply and support the package — so what is priced is what arrives.
Fast technical quotation
Send the tender pack, BoQ or product schedule and we return an itemised quotation built for comparison and ordering — exact variants, drivers and accessories included, delivery basis stated, exclusions explicit.
Like-for-like alternatives
Where a named specification needs to be value-engineered, we propose NEKO alternatives documented line by line against the incumbent — optics, output, colour quality, dimming and dimensions — so the substitution can be assessed and approved on evidence.
Compatibility confirmed per configuration
Driver, optic and dimming-protocol compatibility is confirmed for every specified configuration before quotation — ON-OFF, phase, 1-10 V or DALI — so commissioning day is not the first time the pairing is tested.
Delivery coordination, programme honesty
Lead-time expectations are stated per family at quotation, and lead times are confirmed at order against production slots. We do not guarantee dates before confirmation — and we keep you updated from order to delivery so the programme is planned on facts.
Getting a price
What to send for a quotation
The more of this arrives with the enquiry, the faster and firmer the quotation.
- Project status — tender or live — and the date the price must serve
- The bill of quantities or product schedule, with quantities
- The named specification where alternatives are required
- The delivery programme and any site delivery constraints
- Specific technical questions — dimming, voids, cut-outs, IP zones
- Drawings where available — PDF, DWG or DXF, revision noted
Project registration for introducing partners
Where a contractor or consultant introduces a project, our trade-partner practice is to protect that introduction. Register the named project with us and we confirm the registration decision within one business day. Registration carries 90-day protection, maintained by meaningful activity on the project and renewable on evidence that the project is progressing — so the partner who does the work is the partner who benefits from it.
Questions
Frequently asked by contractors
If your question is not here, ask us directly — a specialist replies, not an auto-responder.
How quickly can you price a tender pack?
Tell us the tender return date when you send the pack and we will confirm whether we can meet it before you rely on us. Complete information — quantities, the named specification and the dimming protocol — is what makes a quotation fast; missing items are what slow it down.
Can you offer alternatives to a named specification?
Yes. We prepare like-for-like NEKO alternatives value-engineered against a named specification, documented line by line — optics, output, colour quality, dimming and dimensions — so the design team can approve the substitution on evidence rather than on price alone.
Do you guarantee lead times?
We state lead-time expectations per family at quotation, and confirm lead times at order against production slots. We do not guarantee delivery dates before order confirmation — and we will tell you honestly where a required-on-site date looks at risk, before you commit.
What are your payment terms?
Commercial terms, including validity, are stated on each quotation. Ordering is deposit-based, with the balance terms confirmed on the quotation for the specific package.
Do you protect introduced projects?
Yes — our trade-partner practice for introducing partners is project registration. Register a named project and we confirm the decision within one business day; registration provides 90-day protection maintained by meaningful activity on the project, renewable on evidence that the project is progressing.
