Who we are

NEKO Lighting London is a trading name of NEKO Lighting International Ltd, registered in England & Wales, Company No. 16274679. Our registered London address is Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, Fitzrovia, London W1T 6EB. You can contact us about anything in this policy by telephone on +44 73 777 09983 or through the contact page.

What we collect and why

When you submit an enquiry we collect the information you provide: your name, contact details, company, project details and your message. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry, assess and support your project, prepare designs and quotations, and — where you become a client — to deliver our services. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Uploaded drawings and project files

Files you upload (drawings, schedules, specifications) are transmitted securely to our specification team by email and are used only to assess and support your project. They are not published, not shared beyond the people working on your enquiry and the manufacturer resources needed to prepare a design or quotation, and are not retained on the web server. Project files relating to enquiries that do not proceed are deleted from our working systems within 12 months; files for active projects are retained for the duration of the project and any warranty coordination period.

Who we share information with

We use a small number of processors to run this website and our business: our hosting provider (Vercel), our email delivery provider (Resend) and — where you consent to analytics — the analytics providers listed in the cookie policy. Where preparing a concept design or technical answer requires manufacturer support, relevant project information (not your contact details, unless needed and appropriate) may be shared with NEKO Lighting’s design team. We do not sell personal information.

International transfers

Some processors may store data outside the UK. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months after the last contact so we can pick a project back up when it resumes. Client project records are retained for the periods required by law and warranty coordination.

Your rights

You have the rights provided by UK data-protection law, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise any of them, contact us via the contact page or by telephone. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Analytics and cookies

Optional analytics run only after you accept them in the consent banner. Details are in the cookie policy.
