For developers, asset managers & private clients
Complete lighting packages for developments and prime homes
Lighting is one of the few finishes a buyer or resident experiences every single day — and one of the easiest to get wrong when it is procured in fragments. NEKO Lighting London provides the whole chain as one accountable package: concept, specification, itemised quotation and coordinated supply, for London developments, prime homes and managed assets.
Why one partner
From first conversation to delivered light
Fragmented lighting procurement is where schemes lose coherence and accountability evaporates. One partner keeps the specification intact — and gives you one point of responsibility when site needs an answer.
One accountable partner
Consultation, concept, specification, quotation and supply from one London contact — so responsibility never fragments between a designer, a wholesaler and a basket of part numbers.
Standardisation across units
For developments, we standardise the specification across units and plots — consistent families, colour temperatures, finishes and dimming — simplifying procurement, installation and long-term maintenance.
A specification that survives procurement
Every fitting is resolved to its exact variant and documented with manufacturer technical files, so the scheme approved at design stage is the scheme installed on site — not a substituted approximation.

Starting the conversation
What to tell us
A short outline is enough to start — the consultation fills in the rest.
- Property type — development, new-build home, refurbishment or extension
- Location and current project stage
- Approximate area, or the number of units and plots
- Whether an architect or interior designer is involved
- Target completion date
- Drawings, if available — PDF, DWG or DXF
- The assistance you want — design, specification, supply or all three
For private clients
You do not need to speak lighting. We explain the process and every choice in plain English, work alongside your architect, designer and contractor rather than around them, and meet in London by appointment — at our registered London address in Fitzrovia, or at your project.
Questions
Frequently asked by clients
If your question is not here, ask us directly — a specialist replies, not an auto-responder.
We are not lighting specialists — how technical does this get?
As technical as it needs to be, explained in plain English. We describe the choices — atmosphere, colour, controls — in terms of how each space will look and behave, and we handle the engineering detail with your architect, contractor and electrician directly.
Will you work alongside our architect and contractor?
Yes — that is the normal arrangement. Design intent stays with your architect or designer, installation stays with your contractor, and we coordinate the lighting layer with both: drawings, specification, driver and dimming compatibility, and delivery.
What does the free concept design cover for a development?
For qualified projects — typically an expected lighting package of £5,000+ ex VAT — we prepare one concept route with one consolidated revision: lighting intent, layouts, a product schedule and controls advice, typically within 10–15 working days of a complete brief. For multi-unit schemes this usually means resolving the typical unit types, then standardising across plots. Final electrical design, emergency-lighting compliance, site surveys, Building Regulations sign-off and controls commissioning remain with your appointed professionals.
How is the package priced?
As one itemised, ex-VAT quotation with a stated validity period — every fitting at its exact variant, drivers and accessories included, delivery basis stated and exclusions explicit. Quotations are free, and commercial terms are stated on each quotation.
Can we meet in person?
Yes, by appointment. We meet at our registered London address in Fitzrovia or at your project or office — contact us to arrange a project meeting or a sample presentation.
