Is NEKO Lighting London the manufacturer?
No. We are an independent London business working with the international NEKO product platform and manufacturer support resources. Concept work is supported by the NEKO design team, and specifications draw on manufacturer technical documentation — but the manufacturer is NEKO Lighting internationally, and we are your local specification and supply partner.
Can NEKO products be used in DIALux calculations?
Yes. NEKO is listed in the DIALux manufacturer ecosystem, so product data can be used directly in professional lighting calculations. We also prepare lighting calculations as part of our drawing review and concept design services where the project justifies them.
Which dimming protocols do NEKO fittings support?
Core NEKO families offer ON-OFF, phase, 1-10 V and DALI driver options. Availability depends on the specific family and configuration, so we confirm the exact driver and protocol compatibility for every fitting we specify and coordinate with your controls contractor.
Are there low-glare options for office and workspace projects?
Yes. UGR<19 options are available across NEKO families, including SENSE 2.0, MINUX and VISION-class data. Glare performance always depends on the room and layout as well as the fitting, so we verify UGR against your actual geometry in the lighting calculation rather than relying on the data sheet alone.
